What DORA metrics are

The DORA metrics (DevOps Research and Assessment, by Google) measure software delivery performance with four key indicators and rank your team into a tier: Elite, High, Medium or Low.

How to use it

Enter your four values: deployments per week (7=daily, 1=weekly, 0.25=monthly), average lead time in hours, MTTR in hours and change failure rate in %. The result recalculates automatically as you type.

Result and tiers

Each metric gets its own tier and, combined, they produce an overall tier. Rough thresholds: lead time and MTTR <1h=Elite, daily deployment=Elite, failures <5%=Elite. Use the color legend to read each badge.
